Get Rid of Acne if You Have Fair Skin

If you have fair, pale skin and bad acne, it’s no fun. Here’s a solution.

Steps

  1. Remove any make-up you have on.
  2. Wash your face with warm water, try not to use soap if you
can, a medicated soap free wash is kinder for your skin, if you have to
use a soap try and use a natural vegatable glycerin soap.
  3. Wash with cold water to close pores.
  4. Make sure to dry your face as thoroughly as possible (*don’t rub, DAB*)
  5. Tie your hair up so your face is clear.
  6. Make sure that your hands are clean.
  7. Moisturize you skin with a non-oily product. Sensitiveness and dry skin can make acne eruptions.
  8. 6. From a pharmacy or the internet (if it is sold) it is
recommended to use ‘PanOxyl Aquagel by Stiefel’. It is ‘Benzoyl
Peroxide in an aqueous gel’. There are many strengths so start with the
weakest and try different strengths to see which suits you. There is
also a version ‘PanOxyl Acnegel by Stiefel’. It is ‘Benzoyl Preroxide
in an alcoholic gel’. Use either twice a day. Once in the morning and
once in the evening. Wash your face before each time you use it. Be
careful as it can bleach clothes. Be warned, don’t use this if you are
sensetive to benzoyl peroxide! Also, keep it in the fridge to keep it
cool. It is advised to not use too much as your skin can feel very dry
and turn a reddish colour. Use sparingly in sensitive areas.
  9. If that does not work or if your skin gets repellent from it
then you can use ‘Duac Once Daily Gel by Stiefel’. Unlike the other two
it contains antibiotics. This one is stronger and it is a good idea to
use even if you don’t have ‘blackheads’ or spots, acne, as your body
naturally produces blackheads, as it is in your genes usually. Use once
a day as it is stronger (as previously mentioned). Also wash your face
with warm water with any soap. Store it in the fridge, in order to keep
it cool. It may take 4-6 weeks for the ‘Duac’ product to be fully
effective so be patient. Lastly, it also can bleach hair or clothes.
  10. Use sunscreen when you go out on hot days. The sunlight can
cause acne eruptions and worsen your blemish, pimples, black-heads,
    white-head and redness.
  11. This is Important: Drink plenty of water: 5-8 glasses a day (remember that water can be found in fruit and vegetables, too)
  12. Sleep Beauty isn’t called that for nothing. Sleep at least 9
hours and if you are to apply any products on your face, apply them
until midnight, since the skin is more receptive to chemical products
    before that time.
  13. Stress actually increases acne. Be calm, enjoy life. Count
until 10 if anything is bothering you and pamper yourself once in a
    while.

Tips

  • Try not to touch your face as your hands produce natural oils
  • Wait a few weeks until signs of improvement

Warnings

  • Make sure you do not use the products if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
  • Keep the products away from the eyes and mouth and clothes and hair

Things You’ll Need

  • Warm or cold water
  • Soap
  • Benzoyl Peroxide in an aqueous gel/Benzoyl Preroxide in an alcoholic gel/Once Daily Gel

Sunday, July 4th, 2010

In
south Asia, we have a traditional and highly effective method of pimple
removal that requires natural materials and is very easy. it leaves you
with pimple free skin! If you want to look as beautiful as you ever
wanted and to have the softest skin ever, read this article. This might
just help. (Especially if you’ve been searching the universe for the
ultimate acne-removal method!)

Steps

  1. Pound the salt until it is very powdery, not grainy.
  2. Dissolve the salt as much as possible in the heated water.
  3. Add a little bit of lemon juice to this salty hot water.
  4. Relax your face. Dip the soft towel in this salty hot lemon
water and apply it to affected parts of your face. Keep it on for a few
    minutes.
  5. Wash it off of your face with very cold water.
  6. Dry your face a little bit, then apply massage oil to your face.

Tips

  • Make sure that you are not allergic to the massage oil or any of the other ingredients.
  • You can use coconut oil instead of massage oil. This is just as effective as using massage oil, but it is more natural.
  • Apply the mixture gently and avoid sensitive areas.
  • This may not work for you, after all, different acne removal
methods are best for different people. not everyone can get the same
benefits of this or any other acne removal method.

Things You’ll Need

  • Table salt
  • Heated water
  • Soft towel
  • Lemon juice
  • Sweet-smelling massage oil
